SUN10: sunbed booking system for venues and beach clubs

Venues that rent sunbeds were selling beds without controlling their inventory. Bookings arrived from several channels, and none of them ran through an online booking system. Peak days were managed by hand, and staff could not see which beds were free without walking the deck or opening a file.

Guests could not choose where they sat, upselling was inconsistent or missed, and end-of-day reconciliation was unclear. Reservations lived in spreadsheets, where double bookings and lost reservations were a constant risk.

SUN10 set out to fix this for beach clubs, pool venues, and leisure operators with one operational platform where beds, bookings, add-ons, and finance sit together.

We designed and built the venue booking software: a marketing website, business- and client-facing PWAs, custom system architecture, payment integration, and system integrations.

The platform replaces the spreadsheets venues used to run with a structured booking system. Staff handle online booking and walk-in arrivals from one screen, and guests book through the client-facing booking app. Revenue and occupancy are tracked in real time across the front desk, finance, and promotions modules.

Double bookings, lost reservations, and spreadsheet mistakes are gone, and end-of-day settlement is a finance module step instead of a manual job. The venue sees occupancy and revenue as the day happens rather than at the end of it.
